Quail Hollow is, without a doubt, the most unpleasant place I've ever lived in. The area is infested with cockroaches and rodents, and my hot water heater flooded my apartment twice. As I type this, I can see a snake that managed to find its way into my apartment through the closed front door. Fighting and gunshots are a common occurrence in this area. The new manager, Shandra P. Johnson, is very unpleasant and unprofessional. She often speaks ill of the tenants in front of other staff members and tenants. She also believes that she is doing us a favor by allowing us to live here and that we should not expect air conditioning and water, as she did not have these growing up. If you're looking for a place to stay, I strongly advise you against living here. You could be without running water for days and you would be surrounded by rodents, roaches, and snakes. Additionally, there is someone in Building A who throws used sanitary napkins and tampons off their balcony with no consequences. The only decent thing about this place is Kadeedra Elkins. If you don't mind the mold and mildew that is often painted over, then this may be the place for you.more ...hide ...

I have lived at KRC Quail Hollow since July 2021 I was so excited to live on my own and was proud I found a decent place for decent rent Turns out I was very wrong The place is full of bugs and roaches are everywhere I know our neighbors are clean beI have lived at KRC Quail Hollow since July 2021 I was so excited to live on my own and was proud I found a decent place for decent rent Turns out I was very wrong The place is full of bugs and roaches are everywhere I know our neighbors are clean because we go over all the time and they have them too The hallways are disgusting the trash is always overflowing the pool hasnt opened this year and has a sign from DEHC saying not to swim Not to mention the gym is closed as well but everyone still has to pay the amenity fee when none of them are able to use The dog park is a joke and I pay for it all though I dont have a dog or any kind of pet There is mold in our sink that has been reported and work orders out in but no one has fixed They spray for bugs but it seems to attract more The water goes out for weeks at a time with no warning and when it comes back on is black for a few days When I first moved in my water wouldnt get hot for 2 months I could go on but the point it do NOT live here its not worth it take out a loan to live somewhere elsemore ...hide ...
Today was my move in day and Im already regretting the decision to live here Since applying I have been bounced around from 3 different apartments and ended up in one I didnt want after my movein date was pushed back 4 times Due to their inconsistencToday was my move in day and Im already regretting the decision to live here Since applying I have been bounced around from 3 different apartments and ended up in one I didnt want after my movein date was pushed back 4 times Due to their inconsistency I had to hire movers twice put all my belongings in storage transfer power and renters insurance multiple times the list goes ON Keep in mind all of this has come out of my pocket due to no fault of my own Not once was there any suggestion of compensation or accommodation I have been nothing but patient amongst the chaos and communication issues I have been flexible Ive had enoughnnMy final straw was seeing that my kitchen is full of ROACHES The complex allows their breezeways to look like an absolute dump so its no surprise that there are bugs All in all this place isnt worth even half of what residents pay Stay away from this place if you can The price of rent is tempting but itll cost you your sanitymore ...hide ...
