Doors are always broken not really a secured place to live I do not feel safe here and the management is very mean and unfriendly the fines that are given to the ppl who stay here change 1 person pays 50 while the other pays 150 the price of the fi Doors are always broken not really a secured place to live I do not feel safe here and the management is very mean and unfriendly the fines that are given to the ppl who stay here change 1 person pays 50 while the other pays 150 the price of the fines keeps changing so I dnt feel the price is sincere I feel like they only want to take advantage of us elderly fixed income residents and the Maintenance man here is horrible I positive he has no clue what he is doing me fridge was broken for a month and my friend down the hall air conditioner was broken for 2 months in the summer also the maintenance man here smokes in the building as do many others here I Cant wait to get out of here as this has been my most stressful and depressing apartment I have ever rented the bathrooms in the hallways have mold black mold all over disgusting management doesnt care it seems to me also they front door is broken u cant even have a guest page u to have the door open anymore thatll probably take 5 months till they fix it more ... hide ...

Beautiful new apartments but no patio you have only one door that goes to the hallway to exit the apt
