Management is terrible at getting repairs taken care of. I have had items in need of repair since 2016 that have yet to be fixed, especially with two children living in the home. On July 14th 2018, I left a voicemail and sent an email detailing the maintenance issues such as a clogged kitchen sink, sweating toilet, broken shower, hanging vent in ceiling and broken light switch. On August 10th the office came to replace toilets but didn't show up when they were supposed to; when I got home my belongings had been moved around like someone had broken into my house until I realized it was just new toilets that had been installed. There was no note or indication that staff had been there and one of the upstairs toilets did not even have a handle so it wasn't completely fixed. The maintenance requested on July 14th plus two other requests from April 2018 have still not been addressed. Today is August 13th and again requesting for smoke detector replacement (it's beeping), porch lights bulbs need replacing as they don't work right now - important with small kids - closet light is out, shelves need fixing and baseboards are coming apart. It should be noted that these are all wear-and-tear repairs which haven't happened once during my 5 years living here; previously in other apartments this kind of upkeep was taken care of within 3-5 days! more ... hide ...

I wouldnt dare move to neither 4 of their locations Ive only been here a week my AC dosent work cars got towed the same night I moved in still no mailbox keys my ceiling leaks when I wash my clothes Never again
