2021-09-02T20:18:51ZWe absolutely love it here We were paying 1600 for a 3 br 2 bath apartment at Legacy at Berkeley Place apartment and were fined for anything and everything Here we save close to 600 a month and do not have issues with anyone The property manager and We absolutely love it here We were paying 1600 for a 3 br 2 bath apartment at Legacy at Berkeley Place apartment and were fined for anything and everything Here we save close to 600 a month and do not have issues with anyone The property manager and her assistant here are amazing and are on top of everything The maintenance guys are quick to respond to maintenance issues and even a light bulb needing changing I have never waited longer than a day for something to be fixed unless it was something that could not be done The waiting list was long and I can see why You definitely get your moneys worth with all of the renovations and quick response to maintenance needs Also the basketball court pool and gym are awesome Same with the other amenities I feel like we live in a house here and not an apartment The activities they do for the kids are also awesome and makes us feel like we are at home here We love it more ...
