The club house is more for show than use as residents don't feel welcome there; it's almost as if they're living in a police state since Management (especially the Assistant Manager) patrols even on weekends when the office is closed - which seems strange. Their inspection policies make it feel like you're in jail; you get only a few days' notice that inspections will take place throughout an entire week from 9-5 p.m., so you have to keep everything perfect even if you have kids or work night shifts or have visitors. There are two inspections each year, two A/C services annually (which can be inspected at that time), and then there's an investors' inspection day – all of which make it seem like you don't even own your apartment for those few weeks out of the year. Consequently, morale among tenants at Water Garden Village is low and there's no sense of community – many people want to leave but lack the financial means to do so...which keeps them here. more ... hide ...
