After alerting the office, John the maintenance man came to my apartment for the fourth time, claiming to have fixed the mold issue. However, the carpet was still soaked, extremely hot and had a moldy smell for three weeks. However, the carpet was still soaked, extremely hot and had a moldy smell for three weeks. He then put in a second piece of carpet which was full of puddles when you walked over it, making it difficult to live in such conditions. The apartment AC caused a wet, smelly carpet and instead of addressing the issue, they just threw a layer of carpet on top to conceal the wet spot, creating another mess. Furthermore, the landscaping is terrible, with garbage in and out of the community and children often playing in the streets without warning signs. The pool will be closed all summer and the maintenance only do a half-hearted job, covering up the issues instead of fixing them properly. Rent is still increasing, but no money is going towards fixing appliances, carpets, or signs for the children's safety. The pool and gym are not even available and when they address maintenance issues, they just put another layer of carpet on top without fixing it.more ...hide ...

Ghetto, and lazy staff. I€™m moving ASAP. It€™s a good place just to get yourself on your feet and go. Bugs, snakes, and lizards are everywhere! Neighbors are loud and rude.
