The apartments are roomy and well-maintained, however the quality of your experience depends on what issues may arise during your stay and which neighbors you have. During my time here, I have had loud music emanating from upstairs neighbors, objects being thrown at my window in the middle of the night, and drinks thrown at my car. The leasing office has been unhelpful in dealing with these matters; John is the only one who consistently offers assistance. Maintenance service can be hit or miss; sometimes they respond quickly while other times it takes weeks to get help. Additionally, groups of adult men will often hang around parking lots which can be intimidating for women living alone. Families with children are also present at times and their children may play kickball against your building walls. Pest control comes every couple months but its quality varies; some spray all drawers in kitchens while others just spray doors then leave. All things considered, Collins Crossing is an affordable option that will suffice for a few years but don't expect much communication or help from management when problems arise and hope you get good-natured neighbours. Separate leases for roommates is a plus but there are other cheaper options offering shared leases that solve many of Collins Crossing's issues.more ...hide ...

I don€™t recommend living here specially if you have to pay rent by yourself.more ...hide ...
