Its definitely giving they want your money I applied for a unit they had available once I applied the unit was no longer available I called the following week to follow up and they said the unit was never available they website updates every time its Its definitely giving they want your money I applied for a unit they had available once I applied the unit was no longer available I called the following week to follow up and they said the unit was never available they website updates every time its a waitlist or when the property is availableI couldnt understand how the unit wasnt available The woman that answered the phone was rude she didnt even look my name up to see if I was approved or not thats 12 I couldve kept in my pockets especially considering we are all in a recession I dont have money to waste nor time They need to do better and get better customer service speaking to people as if they less than you wont get you nowhere with me other than disrespected the same way you disrespected me I really dislike places like this more ... hide ...

I lived at Deer Run almost 8 yrs In 3 different apartments through the time I lived there the place well kept MARSHA the Mgr Was always willing to help if there were problems with other neighbors around mine That were causing problems She made sure t I lived at Deer Run almost 8 yrs In 3 different apartments through the time I lived there the place well kept MARSHA the Mgr Was always willing to help if there were problems with other neighbors around mine That were causing problems She made sure the place was well maintained grass cut no garbage laying the yards the snow was always taken care of The time lived was a nice place When riff raff would move in they werent there very long shed get them out And she hired this really nice maintenance lady Mel I liked Mel she would always be there to fix something pretty fast if I needed it fixed One winter my thermostat stopped wrking and it was freezing my apartment and of course it was a weekend so i had to wait Mel was nice and got me a heater to use All in all i enjoyed living there The reason for moving is Im an older lady who needed a quieter place to live MARSHA AND Mel are a good team Thanks for everything ladies Theresa more ... hide ...
