I was looking to move to Appleton blind I have no family or nothing here I reached out to several other apartments and heard nothing back I talked to Mel on the phone and she sent me over an application Although I felt like I was constantly emailing I was looking to move to Appleton blind I have no family or nothing here I reached out to several other apartments and heard nothing back I talked to Mel on the phone and she sent me over an application Although I felt like I was constantly emailing her and checking my emails a ton haha she really is and was very pleasant to work with Moving here blind not seeing the place only the video on their website I am actually happy I love the area my kids love it I hardly ever see any neighbors which I am find with lot of little kiddos for my kids to play with and might I add VERY QUIET NEIGHBORS which is a huge plus for me I feel safe the apartments are kept up very nicely over all Im happy I made the move Mel was excellent on my move in I drove 15hr and she waited for me I cant thank her enough Definitely a place I feel I can raise my kids and be happy for years to come Thank Mel for being awesome more ... hide ...

I dont live in the building but my sister does and Ive met the landlord Shes a very nice and sweet person The neighbors are disrespectful and does not understands that kids are kids The landlord is great at her job
