Excited about what we saw, we went to the leasing office to ask about it. Mom put on her mask and made her way to the door, where two staff members were chatting and laughing to themselves, but didn't notice her. She had to put on her glasses to read the sign that said "By appointment only - no walk-ins, we don't respond to knocking". Even though we don't live there, it would have been polite for them to acknowledge her presence. This lack of customer service made it clear to us that we would not be signing a lease there. Upper management should take note - the staff at the leasing office are the first impression of the community to potential tenants. more ...
