I am of the opinion that all communities are made of good and bad people, but anyone can make a community feel like home. Ellen Fisher, the property manager, is always willing to help those who find themselves in a difficult financial situation due to illness, disability, or lack of income. You need to weed out the undesirable and find the positive to have a safe, comfortable, and pleasant home. I can certainly say that the people who inhabit the complex now are quite different from five years ago. I would have given the complex a one or two stars back then, but now it is worth a full five stars. Everyone has their own opinion, but from what I can tell, the Mount Pleasant Village Apartments are on the rise in the area, and will soon become one of the safest, most hospitable complexes in the vicinity.
