The manager does unannounced inspections and then liesSays the place is a mess even though its spotlessSays she will be back in 2 weeks and comes back in 2 daysShe literally is harassing tenants

I have picture evidence of my apartment being clean and the landlord still says its filthy They also dont realize the apartment is not gonna look like it did the day you moved especially when you have a child Would not recommend

I lived here for about three years total with a two year gap in between I came back to rent because I absolutely loved these apartments The staff was always very nice and helpful even after the office staff changed I could always count on them to lis I lived here for about three years total with a two year gap in between I came back to rent because I absolutely loved these apartments The staff was always very nice and helpful even after the office staff changed I could always count on them to listen to me Maintenance was very timely I never had to wait more than a day for trivial things The second time I moved in I was leaving a difficult situation and the staff made the transition so easy My neighbors were great Im still in contact with some of them The grounds were nice and well kept sometimes the grass got a little high in the summer but nothing too crazy Occasionally things happened in the neighborhood but thats anywhere I loved the layout of the apartment I rented both a one bedroom and two bedroom and loved both of them There was plenty of space for me and the layout was perfect I recommend Taylor Way very highly and if I ever return to TN you can bet Ill be putting in an application a third time more ... hide ...

Theres a lease that states there is to be nothing on the front porches and I get wrote up for having a mat on my front porch but theres people that have toys and junk on their front porch I left a plate of cookies on my dining room table and the mana Theres a lease that states there is to be nothing on the front porches and I get wrote up for having a mat on my front porch but theres people that have toys and junk on their front porch I left a plate of cookies on my dining room table and the manager told me that I needed to do better on keeping my house cleaned and wrote me up The manager is racist and very mean I cant even keep my blinds opened in my childs room without being wrote up It was a bad mistake moving in these apartments There is people that ride four wheelers on the grass and I cant even play with my kids at the park after a certain time Theres a whole in my ceiling and we have told the manager multiple times and it hadnt been fixed Theres a leak in my bathroom that hasnt been fixed It definitely isnt worth it Dont waste your money more ... hide ...
