EDITED After being called by the first person from higher up management I was informed that they do not have a Cookeville manager currently, which they seem to turn over every month and a half it seems according to current tenets, and they were having trouble having the office phone calls forward to the Knoxville area office. During the second call made to me they then say that Im the one lying and that they did infact have someone call and email me from the Cookeville office.
