We've been living in our two-bedroom duplex for approximately a year, and have found it to be satisfactory. The aesthetics of the building are pleasing, although after we moved in, we noticed that a few corners were cut during construction. Nevertheless, the duplex is quite good compared to most others around.
The only real issue we have is the lack of external ventilation in the kitchen, but this doesn't cause any real problems; it just leads to more 'kitchen mistakes'. The maintenance staff recently changed; previously they provided fast and high quality service with a friendly attitude, however I haven't had any interaction with the new employees yet.
Our neighbours seem to be pleasant people (even if many do keep themselves to themselves) and I feel safe walking around outside after dark for mail or taking out trash. The lawns are regularly mowed and there's no garbage or junk lying about.
The manager has been very helpful and accommodating; however there have been several changes of management so far which reflects poorly on their stability - this loses them one point from my rating score hereof. In addition, because Cumberland Way isn't registered on GPS systems such as Google Maps (the roads are present but not labelled), packages occasionally get lost if the usual driver takes a day off - another point lost from my rating score!
All things considered though, our buildings are still decent quality; maintenance staff remain excellent; area is safe - somore ...hide ...

There are cops here every day looking for drug dealers or just terrorizing people and looking in thier Windows or searching places just because they can.
