I'm so glad I didn't end up living here. When I first applied (it shocks me that I did!) I paid the $125 holding fee. After four calls and leaving messages, someone finally got back to me and said that since I wasn't a resident, they weren't allowed to refund the fee, although they could see the transaction on their end. Annoyed, I asked when it would be resolved and was told by the end of the week. This didn't happen and no one called me back so I went to the office in person today. Interestingly, when I arrived, there was a couple already living there complaining about how bad the management was. When it was my turn, I was treated terribly and wished I had recorded it. The woman was impolite, patronizing, and didn't even attempt to be nice. She then informed me that my refund would be SENT to me in 30 days - not what I had been told originally. I said that since I had lost faith in this business, I would need a phone call to tell me when my refund has been mailed. She replied with "ok, we'll do our best to do that." Taking into account this experience, the couple's complaints, the unattractive exteriors of the apartments (who knows what the inside looks like!), I strongly advise you NOT to stay more ... hide ...

Nice renovated units friendly and welcoming staff Great location for a place to call home

I live at sister property down the way and recommended Heritage Park to my brother since it has 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes I am excited to have them so close

It really isnt a nice place to live and dont expect them to ever answer the phone I have tried multiple times over the course of living there and now after to contact them about important things and they just dont answer the phones or call back
