Edit Rental Inquiry I�m a 32 year old female currently pregnant due in the middle of February. Im currently homeless staying with different friends. I received an emergency voucher and am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom my voucher is $893 and covers application fees and my security deposit. My portion of the rent will be $50. Im trying to find a place before I have my baby so as soon as possible. It will just be me and her living in the apartment/house. I receive tanf and am currently enrolled in college online. I have not rented since 2009 so do not really have a rental history and no evictions. I also have no pets.

When I first moved here it was a blessing and greatest joy to not be homeless. Slowly and quickly the joy deteriorated. Apartments are outdated and not maintained to keep the families living in them safe. No dishwashers and washer and dryers only in the laundry room that are completely outdated and uncared for. The pipes/water heaters always breaking and causing irreplaceable damages to multiple families. The cherry on top is bed bugs, if one apartment has it the entire unit should be treated accordingly but thats not the case here. I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone.
