2022-06-27T14:30:26ZNo complaints about the apartment community The community is run very professionally and the staff are awesomenHowever be forewarned The Town of Estes Park allows an unofficial industrial park situation to flourish on Acacia Drive Lots of heavy equip No complaints about the apartment community The community is run very professionally and the staff are awesomenHowever be forewarned The Town of Estes Park allows an unofficial industrial park situation to flourish on Acacia Drive Lots of heavy equipment excavation commercial construction and general heavy commercial work These activities start at 0600 and continue all day seven days a week Lots of noise dust carcinogenic diesel fumes air brakes unfinished construction projects and speeding vehicles NOT conducive to peaceful mountain living Our residential roads are being destroyed by all the heavy equipment driving down the streets where children play The noise pollution is worse here than when I lived in Denver and the Town of Estes Park could care much less more ...
