I resided up above the leasing office and my babies were unable to take a nap due to the noise generated by individuals in the office. All day long they would come and go with a great deal of force. The doors were slammed so hard that my flat would vibrate at times. I contacted them to ask that they desist from slamming the doors and I was told they would attempt to exercise caution, however they failed to do so. I then asked the maintenance worker who made an exit slamming the door to please stop. He then gave me an attitude and mumbled under his breath. The workers are unrespectful, rude, and couldn't care less. They also attempt to retain as much of your security deposit as possible. It is an appalling place to live! I would emphatically never advise living there. There are lots of other apartments. Go anywhere but here! I also encountered a mold issue in one of my apartments here. Their solution was to just paint over it... it destroyed my couch and some other items. They lessened some of the rent but it was far from worth the hassle of ruined items and having to transfer to a different apartment within the complex.
