For instance, I cannot control the leaks from my shower walls and floors if they are not fixed. As a result, my neighbors get leaks that aren't my fault. Additionally, I can't control the walls if my television volume is between 21 and 40, yet people still hear it and call the police. The police later apologize for the unnecessary disturbance. Furthermore, I cannot control the sound of my floors if I choose to wear platforms when going out every so often, leading to more false complaints. To make matters worse, even if I have male visitors, people knock on the ceiling. This place is horrible since all I get are false complaints and no repairs. You can't even move around your own place comfortably. Before I had these new/old neighbors, I never had any issues and my rent went up by $98 after two months. The rent may not be costly, but it's not worth the lack of peace of mind. There is also a rodent issue here. I used to kill at least five rats a week and one even died in my bathroom tile.
