The management here is really bad. In the two years I've lived here, I've encountered five different property managers - two of them were nice, one from the main office was very rude, and the other ones weren't memorable. It's located opposite a golf course, and shortly after I moved in, a golf ball struck my window - and it took them eighteen months to fix it. Last year I was furloughed from my job with the government, and I was late paying my rent. Despite explaining the situation to them and informing them that I'd pay the full amount on a certain date, they still took me to court. I paid all the rent and late fees, but they still charged me court fees even though I paid the debt before going to court and they still hadn't fixed my window. They never communicate with you, and they'll only email you if you've supposedly violated your lease - even then, they just leave notes at your door. They sometimes charge people late fees even though their rent isn't late - I've seen them charging a sick woman late fee after late fee, even though she sends her rent on time. The only good things about this place is that the apartments are nice, they have all the amenities you need, and it's a quiet area. I hate it here, and I'm moving out as soon as my lease expires. more ... hide ...
