I originally used to live up north of jersey moving to south Jersey in my mind having three kids though it was going to be challenging but I was fortunate enough to get an apartment at Cove on the Bay I am very happy to live here with my family The I originally used to live up north of jersey moving to south Jersey in my mind having three kids though it was going to be challenging but I was fortunate enough to get an apartment at Cove on the Bay I am very happy to live here with my family The building is always clean and the staff its always pleasant I can honestly say that its a great place to live and safe Everything is near by the schools doctors which is very convenient if you have kids Also the super market shopping Malls are all close by as well The view of the beach is one of a kind more ... hide ...

I wasnt going to write an review but this is bothering me a few months ago during the summer they put out a letter saying they were coming to check the ac for routine maintenance little did I know they were actually locking the ac units temperature a I wasnt going to write an review but this is bothering me a few months ago during the summer they put out a letter saying they were coming to check the ac for routine maintenance little did I know they were actually locking the ac units temperature at 70 you can not put your ac that you pay for below 70 Ive never lived in an apartment where I pay full rent gas electricity but wasnt able to fully control my own ac unit not only did they lock it but they didnt even have the courage to tell the tenants they were doing it Cove on the bay if you want to control peoples AC units you should change the name to cove on the bay housing authority lower the rent its winter now so its not effecting me too much but Im glad my lease is up before summer comes Im DEFINITELY moving I dont recommend this place to anyone unless youre on section 8 theres nothing luxury about these apartments ESPECIALLY with the area its located in more ... hide ...
