	OAKWOOD VILLAGE (2/5) 1915 1ST ST NE , HAVRE , MT 59501 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 60, assisted housing category: subsidized - previously insured, contract term: 240 months, sec 8 nc , between 80% & 100% fmr, 2bedr Sarah (2.0/5) The manger is extremely unprofessional and incredibly impolite. When he encountered me and my offspring while we were seated in silence on the bench awaiting the bus, he asked me a question and I answered "yes" politely. This individual is a grown man who owns a business. Judging by the other reviews, he also harasses his renters and I am NOT one of them, nor have I ever been. All the children residing on the premises are free to do as they please, misbehave, and use foul language without being supervised. I do not suggest this place due to the manager's discourteousness. Apart from that, there may be other drawbacks.
