A couple of months ago my air conditioner died and was blowing out hot air. Jonathan, the maintenance man, came over straight away to fix it but after about a month it stopped working again. So with direction from Paige, he contacted an A/C company and they decided that I needed a new unit which was installed shortly after. However there were still some problems so Paige and Jonathan put in two window units - one for my bedroom and one for the living room - so that I wouldn't be stuck in a hot house. They were also generous enough to help me out with my electric bill due to this incident! Both Paige, Jonathan and director Ms Gail are incredibly helpful when managing our apartments; they don't just want us gone if we haven't paid rent yet as they will contact Section 8 for assistance on what rent should be paid back. I'm very happy here with all its amenities such as an ice maker, dishwasher connection for washer/dryer as well as two bedrooms & bathrooms. The most important thing is though is that you need to show respect when asking for things; you can't demand them urgently or start hollering & cursing! If something needs immediate attention then everything else will follow suit accordingly. The apartments are not worth it due to the management's intrusiveness, rudeness, and pettiness. It is regrettable that one chose to stay here in the first place. Living here for a few years and having different managers, I have had no issues. It's an awesome place! Whenever I've communicated with management, they've been really accommodating. My only worry is the tenants who speed through the parking lot, even after being asked to slow down; management can't be there 24/7 so speed bumps are essential.
