This place is horrible. We took over a \"friends\" lease months ago the place is run down. The manager looks the other way for everything because everyone here is illegal immigrants including her husband, so she feels thThis place is horrible. Our 1st 2weeks here we complain about the music until 5am every night and fighting up above up. She did nothing. So we started doing the samething and they complain about us and she came and said something. Why? Probably because we are from here. They dont fix anything when u tell them about it. All they want is their money. The place nasty you share your apartment with Roaches and Bedbugs.But ur paying all the rent. Only 1 motel ac unit in the place and it only cools the living room. The place is so small we can only fit a sofa and small chair in the living room. When u tell them about anything they tell you they will fix it and never do. My husband did all the work to the apartment and never once did they offer to reimburse us or take it off the rent. When we told them about the bed bugs the manager told us that its not their problem and they wont pay someone to spray because its due to the prostitution here & its just going to continue. The laundry room is nasty and always broken. U can guarantee ur going to get a flat in ur tires because of all the broken glass from beer bottles every night. The Windows dont lock or dont open. Theres no smoke alarms, the bathroom was covered in MOLD FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.They will not work with u on anything and if u have a misdemeanor they wont take u. But as long as you not a legal resident of the United States they will look the other way and let 10 of you stay in a 1 bedroom. There is constantly fighting and loud music every night. The manager will not say anything OR do anything about the prostitution here or the many of people living in the apartment. We asked why nothing is done about it and she tells us that if she calls on the illegal immigrants living here that she might as well call on her husband to. Dont put you and your family here its not worth it and you will regret it later. They are supposed to be a part of low income housing but dont follow any guidelines. Its all about$$$ and unless you from another country and dont speak English ur not getting approved anyway. . RENTERS BEWARE !!!!!more ...hide ...

No organization you tell them one date and if you get hold of them will tell a whole other date that you already discussed move in date. Then if your approved you don€™t hear anything back for months leaving messages, calls, and emails. The money you spend could go to a way better apartment. Finally, got a call back today about the apartment my family where approved for on the day we where so suppose to move in. Didn€™t even get a lease ready for us. Management try to blame us for not keeping in contact but I did they just never returned calls. I could go on about the experience of just trying to apply. You basically have to scramble to get the paper work ready to apply and to make up a lease your doing the apartment office job.more ...hide ...
