The former property manager, Britney, was not the best. She ignored requests and failed to document things that were communicated ahead of time. Her behavior was very rude and inconsiderate. Modern Apartments requires residents to keep track of rental payments; whether it be a money order or using their app. Unfortunately, they can add on extra fees without acknowledging payments which can result in a notice to quit out when rent has already been paid. more ... hide ...
