Since Hurricane Sally, water damage has been an issue; every time it rains more mildew and mold problems are created. Since Hurricane Sally, water damage has been an issue; every time it rains more mildew and mold problems are created. On the bright side, police patrol the area every night so if you ever need help it's easy to find. There's a pool too but it can only be used for an hour at a time due to COVID-19 precautions - plus its kid-friendly! The only downside is there's a lot of dog poop around due to people not picking up after their pets. Though I'm no longer living here, these were some of the issues I experienced while I was here. more ...
