Alot of drugs and alcohol type disturbances on property, NO care by Seldin to address. To those looking for handicap accessible, look elsewhere as this property is not. Not very good tenants on this property. Threats by 2 tenants have been reported several times and they continue to degrade my safety and safety of the property.
