Its embarrassing to have family members to come and visit when the hallways smell like pet urine. Its sad the manager isnt doing her job. She isnt a good manager, she has a few times had lost residence money orders and checks. This is ridiculous things aint getting done around here. You have a residence who has keys to the community room and she thinks she runs this complex. I never never lived at place a residence have access to the community room.
