I had all of my paperwork ready to go, within 5 mins of email, I submitted what was needed and then get another automated response that they need the same thing. Instead of communicating to explain why the document wasnt accepted. And forget about getting a same day answer, wait one business day for another automated reply....The whole experience was a nightmare, from the office staff to the application staff.
