The bathrooms are satisfactory and the kitchen provides plenty of counter space. Updates have been made to the apartment, allowing for a full-sized washer and dryer to fit inside. The property is clean and neighbors were all friendly during visits. Management was very pleasant and interacted with tenants like family members; there were typically only a few vacancies at any given time due to high occupancy rates. This is an income restricted apartment complex, so one must not exceed a certain annual salary in order to live there. Even though I decided on another place closer to Birmingham, Cobblestone Cove would be an excellent place to live if given that opportunity. more ...
