I am so pleased to have chosen Cobblestone Cove for my new home! The neighborhood is peaceful and the apartments are of great quality. Cobblestone Cove is located near the University of Montevallo and was constructed in the late 70s, providing adequate room sizes with ceiling lights. The bathrooms are satisfactory and the kitchen provides plenty of counter space. The bathrooms are satisfactory and the kitchen provides plenty of counter space. Updates have been made to the apartment, allowing for a full-sized washer and dryer to fit inside. The property is clean and neighbors were all friendly during visits. Management was very pleasant and interacted with tenants like family members; there were typically only a few vacancies at any given time due to high occupancy rates. This is an income restricted apartment complex, so one must not exceed a certain annual salary in order to live there. Even though I decided on another place closer to Birmingham, Cobblestone Cove would be an excellent place to live if given that opportunity. more ... hide ...
