The maintenance sucks Also I agree with the previous reviewer that they would increased the rent every year then at least make the living worth the 1200

I didnt get to fit in and the kids bullied me when we played sports just dont recommend if you have kids we were playing tackle football and my back broke now I got scoliosis I then moved into a mansion in the hills

RENTER BEWARE This is a place that will do anything to ruin your reputation as a landlord We had moved out of this apartment 6 years ago and had no issues at the time Returned the keys and didnt hear from them for 6 years Now we are about to rent in RENTER BEWARE This is a place that will do anything to ruin your reputation as a landlord We had moved out of this apartment 6 years ago and had no issues at the time Returned the keys and didnt hear from them for 6 years Now we are about to rent in a different town and when the current leasing agent called the redden garden landlord said we owe a balance of 1300 Apparently he does not know anything or even for what as he is a new management I asked why is it the first time we hear of this and if we really owed anything why they didnt call us or put us on collection but the guy was extremely rude and didnt explain one bit Our conclusion the previous management quitor was fired wrote off someone elses debt to balance his books and hung it onto our names Then I asked him how does he think that we got to rent at an apartment right after and had no issues as we were clear of any debt He was puzzled What a terrible place and management SCAM more ... hide ...
