I I have been here with my husband for 2years He was here a few years prior and dont know how he felt about the complex but since I been here a tree hit us during a storm when my baby was only 6months old and they gave us hell before giving us a newe I I have been here with my husband for 2years He was here a few years prior and dont know how he felt about the complex but since I been here a tree hit us during a storm when my baby was only 6months old and they gave us hell before giving us a newer apartment They do take sometime to getting around to all the repair requests but they will eventually get to your apartment if you talk to the office They did finally provide us with paint so we can work on our apartment walls They do exterminate regularly as mice do populate around the spring and summer They repainted the doors and changed the stairs from carpet to tile which caused my daughter to take a huge tumble around winter time There will be a lot of paper work to sign if you decide to move in here especially around Recertification time They wont tolerate smoking or drugs on their property or sitting on the porch Parking can certainly be an issue they will tow you with no hesitation if you parked illegally Think twice before moving here more ... hide ...

Well my grandmother lives there and she always has a problem with her rent one minute its one thing the next thing she telling me its more money My grandmother never told me that her rent went up I m suggesting that she moves with my mom

They were helpfull specially ms Fisher she was very nice to me and my wife

Im not one to make comments or do reviews but this cannot be ignored I was at the Leland Gardens Apartments today with my friend August 20th 2019 and the manager Denise was extremely rude disrespectful and completelynunprofessional with us She made v Im not one to make comments or do reviews but this cannot be ignored I was at the Leland Gardens Apartments today with my friend August 20th 2019 and the manager Denise was extremely rude disrespectful and completelynunprofessional with us She made very personal demeaning humiliating insulting degrading evil comments directed towards me that made me feel threatened At one point stating Your attitude is the reason why youre homeless to which I denied in response She came back with Well youre gonna be This and other horrible things were directed towards myself and my friend This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately Attached below is a screenshot of another individual who was insulated by this woman more ... hide ...

Management is horrible This new main office manager Denise is a RACIST If you are hispanic you are treated like garbage and not helped out or heard She will look at you with disgust Making living here after many years with comfort to uncomfortable T Management is horrible This new main office manager Denise is a RACIST If you are hispanic you are treated like garbage and not helped out or heard She will look at you with disgust Making living here after many years with comfort to uncomfortable The office used to be diverse helpful and friendly Plainfields population is mostly African American and Hispanic The office now does NOT have a Spanish speaking person to assist the Hispanics who are not fluent in English So besides being looked with disgust you cant even communicate with the main office workers Corporate office will most definitely hear from me But for now Im here to warn people to stay away if your not African American Leland Gardens used to be an AMAZING WONDERFUL PEACEFUL RESPECTFUL place to live in Not anymore more ... hide ...
