The office management is very rude here! Including the maintenance helper. I went to work there for a client who lives there to help make life easier on her.Due to stage 4 kidney disease I am legally required to park in a handicap parking with my plaque that was issued to me by my doctor. I parked in a public handicapped section, in which I made sure was not a numbered tenant parking, but a public handicap parking stall. apparently someone thought it was their own personal handicap spot and apparently The office clerk encouraged tenant to park right up on my bumper to block me in! This rude tenant could have parked closer to the door to unload her groceries, but chose to block me in instead! I had to call the police to get her to back up so I may leave and because of the rude and thoughtless behavior brought on by the office clerk, maintenance helper and tenant, my father missed his dialysis.It was a shame that your maintenance and office personnel encourages such rude and bad behavior with the seniors there. Also the office clerk started to take pictures of me and my vehicle as I left as to intimidate me! When I was the one who had to call the police on them . The only thing the rude management accomplished from Federation Senior Apt. housing complex was that they left another poor senior without help now! And I would encourage anyone to stay away from this facility.Shame on the owners for hiring such rude and incompetent employees. Surely you can scan and improve your employees better than that! ...if they are treating the caregivers like that, I could imagine the possible senior abuse that must go on there from them as well!The bottom line here is to make it a better and safe place for seniors to live...right ? ....not make it harder on them by treating the people who care for them disrespectfully.ANOTHER LOST CAREGIVER, WHO COULD HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE IN A SENIORS LIFE, but because of the unprofessional manner in which your employees handled a situation, you have in turn denied your seniors the care that they deserve.Cc: BBBmore ...hide ...
