Ryan is extremely professional, and whenever I had an issue or question regarding payments, he was only an email away with the link or passcodes I needed. Even with the current COVID situation, if you leave him a message, he's sure to get back to you quickly (since he gets 500 calls a day!). Jerome is very friendly and great with people, which is perfect for his job title; he made sure I was taken care of when I moved in. Lastly, Ibraim (I'm sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) is one of the most considerate and attentive maintenance workers I've ever met. When he says he'll be there or can fix something, he follows through. I really appreciate him. I love you all, and don't worry, me and the kids are always just around the corner. more ... hide ...
