Office Manager is solid has a kind heart has a good sense of humor and looks out for the community, I truly care & have respect for this women. New maintenance staff are incredibly hard-working and friendly I am Grateful to know they are on the payroll. I have made a few friends with good Souls. But I do recommend keeping to yourself. The reason I recommend this, is a few people are very spiteful and slanderous, they actually scare me. One negative, I do wish my balcony wall was was fixed, as it has been damaged by act of nature or poor construction. I reported the wall to old maintenance in Feb2019 who is no longer onsite happy about that cuz he was a slacker. I showed the new maintenance man and he was ready to tackle it the next day.
