I love at these apartments and I have been dealing with multiple changes There was a 200 increase in our rent because It hadnt been changed in 7 years Also our lease states that our rent is due on the fifth and if nobody is in the office we could dro I love at these apartments and I have been dealing with multiple changes There was a 200 increase in our rent because It hadnt been changed in 7 years Also our lease states that our rent is due on the fifth and if nobody is in the office we could drop it in the drop box but this apparently doesnt apply for the weekends We have had to turn in rent by the third or the fourth multiple times or we would have to pay a 10 late fee It is a pretty nice place to live aside from those issues more ... hide ...

I went to look for an apartment this weekend and the manager was extremely rude and did not want to assist me The first words out of her mouth were What do you need I told her I was looking for an apartment and she said there was nothing I told her I I went to look for an apartment this weekend and the manager was extremely rude and did not want to assist me The first words out of her mouth were What do you need I told her I was looking for an apartment and she said there was nothing I told her I wouldnt need it until Jan and she said I dont know what Ill have I asked if there was any kind of information she could give and she said No I asked if I could have the community website and she said you can google it Apparently she hates her job or hates helping people One of the two because this was poor customer service borderline Fair Housing if she doesnt treat someone else that goes in looking for an apartment the same crappy way she treated me looking for trouble that way and would not want to make me rent there more ... hide ...
