When submitting an appeal with pictures I had taken of me cleaning the apartment per the move out list in my lease, there was no response. After contacting their "home office," they said it would be reviewed by the "property manager" but that ended up being the same "rude" lady who said it was okay to keep my deposit in spite of me cleaning it. Contacting them usually resulted in voicemails or emails saying nothing about when I'd get an update on this issue. They responded to reviews on Google but not appeals regarding deposits - very unprofessional! Save yourself from this headache and do not stay here - not worth your money! more ... hide ...

The area is clean and the residents are quiet and mostly keep to themselves There needs to be a better play area for children The apartments are very outdated and the layout was poorly designed
