My lease was up in July and we did a walk through and checked the things I was going to get charged for which was only blinds for 4 rooms, I received a letter in the mail stating Im getting charged for carpet stains and carpet stretching AFTER we did the walk through and was only told I was getting charged for blinds. I had 6 carpet stains which were pea size stains, there is no way I should be getting charged for carpet stains when the carpet has to be shampooed after moving out which is normal wear and tear.
