My apartment is great and in a very secure area, but the office manager Fran is horrendous. I should have heeded other people's warnings about her before moving in here. I initially phoned the leasing office to inquire if they had any apartments open by June 20th, which they did. Mr. Fran called me and my father yesterday to further discuss everything, saying all looked good. I contacted them again today (6-15-2018) to find out what would be the subsequent step, only to be informed that two flats were rented yesterday after Mr. Fran had told me everything seemed promising and that only one apartment remained....In conclusion: THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! more ... hide ...

We have had such a great experience living in Ashley Manor Apartments, our first apartment. We moved here three months ago and we are very pleased with the service provided by their employees. We moved here three months ago and we are very pleased with the service provided by their employees. The maintenance has gone above and beyond our expectations - when our heat stopped working one time, we emailed them about it and then went to buy a portable heater. When we got home, there was a note saying that the problem had already been fixed! The complex is kept very well-maintained. As evidence of how much we like it here, some of our good friends recently moved into the apartments across from us after we recommended it to them last month; plus, we'll continue recommending this place to anyone else! more ... hide ...
