When I first applied I was working with Dawna she was so sweet and very easy to get along with The man taking over JR transitioned very well so he helped me with my move in application I was his first move in and he did awesome the staff members are When I first applied I was working with Dawna she was so sweet and very easy to get along with The man taking over JR transitioned very well so he helped me with my move in application I was his first move in and he did awesome the staff members are so easy to talk to When I have a problem I email or call and they all are on it Maintenance is amazing I feel so at home the apartment is so nice and clean and cozy When we moved in our neighbors were so so sweet introducing themselves to us it feels so much like home I think only complaint I have is they need 2 more dumpsters near the top of the complex but other than that I have no complaints the area is kept clean I see maintenance changing the small trash cans every morning I head to work and he is also out there cleaning the grounds thank you for all you all do to make me and my family right at HOME more ... hide ...

My move to Friar Woods was a great experience. The personnel were efficient and courteous, and their priority was to get me settled quickly since this is an income-restricted property that must be filled properly. Whenever I visited the office when they first opened, it was full of people. I understand why someone might become impatient with such a crowded situation, yet Kristie still managed to answer my questions when she could. When you call, they may be with someone else or showing units, so it's best to leave a message or go inside. To sum up, I would recommend this complex to anyone; they offer amenities that many other income-restricted communities don't. Just bear in mind that this is a new business, so if you're willing to be patient, come and apply. (The gym and computer room are still under construction.)
