The new management is a disgrace. While raising the rent prices, the service has been plummeting ever since this dump was bought. They have done NOTHING about the rampant mouse/rat infestation in our building when they have been aware of it for months. They even told our neighbor the rats come because they cook spicy food? Our dishwasher broke so we didnt have one for a month because they took so long to order a new one. The secretary gave out her personal phone number on her card then YELLED at me when she called! The property manager HUNG UP on me when I asked why they would not install our new dishwasher. Half the time you come to the office, there isnt anyone there in office hours.
