My mom is a resident in this beautiful community and I fear as another person posted this place was built very nicely but I feel it will soon become like the public housing community just up the rode I know denying people the right to EOH is wrongbut My mom is a resident in this beautiful community and I fear as another person posted this place was built very nicely but I feel it will soon become like the public housing community just up the rode I know denying people the right to EOH is wrongbut a little more of a thorough back ground check need to be performed on potential residents You cant just fill units to get a buck you have to think long term How will this community stand the test if time No one who works hard should be left to feel unsafe in their homes I was going to move here but I dont know too much about that now Its already hard finding quality living space as a single working person trying to make ends meet I hope the property owners really evaluate their practices Why have rules to a lease if management doesnt abide by them Also they need to install speed bumps and cameras on the property There needs to be additional trash compactors as well not just one for this huge property more ... hide ...

ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS OR YOULL BE SURPRISED BY A LOT Lets see where do I start this is well on its way to becoming a VERY EXPENSIVE HOUSING PROJECTI dont know whether to start with the neighborhood and the neighbors or the office staff and the apart ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS OR YOULL BE SURPRISED BY A LOT Lets see where do I start this is well on its way to becoming a VERY EXPENSIVE HOUSING PROJECTI dont know whether to start with the neighborhood and the neighbors or the office staff and the apartments I have never in my life seen kids like this kids that pull up the shrubsand pull up the sprinkler system tubesThey purposefully try to break the saplings that have been plantedI mean they take theyre full body weightand literally try their damnedest to break these little trees that havent even begun to liveFor extra curricular activities the kids take the used charcoaland write all over the side walkand theyve started to write on the properties buildings which stayed up for 2 monthsThe kids have made the complexes laundry roomas their club house or hang out spotwhere theres a camera supposedly outside and inside of the laundry room but as of now the management has done NOTHING about itThe kids kicked in the door inside of the laundry room where they use the spot to experiment with their budding hormones and to practice their early sexual desires with the opposite and same sex Dont ask about the parentscause theyre on the front porch smoking weed especially after 6pm when the office closesThe park provided by the property consist of 4 swings 2 regular swings and 2baby swingsand a couple of sliding boardswhere youll often find full of unsupervised children that are often responsible for their younger siblingsYou will have to go to the park with your child if you dont want them beatup or worse jumpedcause these chiren have been taught that jumping another child is an appropriate way to settle their differencesand dont ever allow your child to take any toys to the park cause these babies dont care about the rules of possessionIf you have small pets which are on the property just walk your dogand let them use the bathroomdont even worry about picking it up who cares about the rest of the community stepping in dog fecesThe workout closet is what it should be calledespecially since it consists of a weight benchelliptical machine and a treadmill so theres no large work out room on the premisesThe apartments arent that big I never saw mine before signing the lease I was told that we couldntthe natural lighting is awful even with the large window in the living room the bedrooms are a decent size and the bathrooms are a good size but you will hear everythingNow the office staff they may be very welcoming until you sign that lease whichis when you may be told how you have to have patio furniture or outdoor seating on your patio onlyyou can have a grill but you must grill at least 25ft from your apartment Soif you plan on getting an upstairs unit keep that in mindcause I guess Ill be grilling on the sidewalk if thats 25ft from the door or in the parking lotTheres also an inspection every three monthswe were never told about the inspections so if you like someone really being nosey then this will be okwhat theyre really doing is looking for and writing down any damages and the smell of any type of smokeYou also may be shown the nice Club Housebut you want be allowed to use it since Management has said that they are still accepting applicationsany complaints about your neighbors must be submitted in writing but Ive yet to see anything come of the complaints I now know why so many didnt want these apartments built it was the element that would be moving in the apartmentsweve already had the son of a resident who lives out here thats probably not on the lease come threw the parking lot drunk and hit about 6 carsSo if you dont mind the office staff feeling and attempting to talk down to youand your kids have taken a self defense class then this is the place for youToo bad you cant put videos up here then youd really get the full pictureTHE PRIVATE POOL ISNT OPEN AND WEVE BEEN TOLD THAT ITS A COURTESYEVEN THOUGH ITS LISTEDnWHO ARE WRITING SOME OF THESE REVIEWS SOME OF YOU DONT LIVE OUT HERE more ... hide ...

The staff is very nice and the apartments are ok Seen some minor things that need to be fixed Im giving them a 2 because I was expecting these apartments to be smoke free as advertised on the webpage When a place says its smoke free that means people The staff is very nice and the apartments are ok Seen some minor things that need to be fixed Im giving them a 2 because I was expecting these apartments to be smoke free as advertised on the webpage When a place says its smoke free that means people arent allowed to smoke 25ft within the buildings My neighbors smoke in their apartment on their front porch by the front doors and drop cigarette buds all in the dirt I also find the ash and a few buds on my porch daily along with what ever trash the neighbors kids drop in general Ive reported this and the amount of noise that I experience from my neighbors after 11pm and I dont think Im being taken serious Occasionally the neighbors will calm down but they start back up full force I was excited to live in a place that is smoke free because my health issues are agitated by smoke but that excitement is gone I have to go inside from my patio every time the neighbors come on their balcony to smoke which is frequent This makes me feel a bit trapped and extremely disappointed because of the way the situation is being handled more ... hide ...
