The apartment is beautiful and spacious the property landscaping is exquisite The rental office is always a pleasant place thanks to Alena On the flip side getting any repairs done expeditiously of quality it appears to pose a challenge

I helped a group install a new playground here and plant shade trees. The neighbors were nice and the kids came out to help us. There is an after school program based in the complex too.

Old building. Lots of upstairs noise. Managements not interested and expects much from tenants regarding resolution of problems.Everythings about federal rules. Your tenant rights will be violated.
