The structure is good the insides are really nice The rules are strict as it is an income based apartment Problem is you have to only have one person work to even get in based on your income The amount standard is redicoulous

Wasnt worth the money to rent, walls are paper thin you can hear everything anyone is doing around you. You can watch many people deal and do meth in the parking lots late at night, no one ever plays outside or walks their dog if the landlord is in the office because shes rude, inconsiderate and wouldnt send anyone to rent from her even if it meant they had to live with me or be homeless because they couldnt find anyone. Looses payments and will harass you about it until you threaten to bring the receipts and call her supervisor does she then miraculously shell find when shes been asking you for and telling you you are lying and not even give an apology for being rude.
