My husband went back to clean within 3 days of moving out, but our keys were already changed at night which I do not appreciate. Furthermore, many tenants tend to disturb other people living there; thus, it is suggested that one does not rent here. It would be wise for Elmira's agencies to investigate this building and its administration prior to placing seniors or disabled people in such a perilous situation. more ... hide ...
