I love my home While it is true they are slow to email back Maintenance gets the work done in a timely fashion The only thing Im serious upset about is the front porch Mud Mud cannot enjoy sitting out

The Moss Place at Centra Square is a beautiful facility for seniors 55 years of age and older There is a problem with the outside maintenance of the premises The common area around the HAVC units near the entrance door has these disgusting wood ch The Moss Place at Centra Square is a beautiful facility for seniors 55 years of age and older There is a problem with the outside maintenance of the premises The common area around the HAVC units near the entrance door has these disgusting wood chips on the ground which continues to get washed away and spread over the walkway Makes the area very unkempt and unattractive Also the concrete at the main door has disgusting stains which needs to be pressure washed to give a fresh appearance In addition the windows to the main door needs to be cleaned daily more ... hide ...

The maintenance dude mentioned something about the previous tenant having issues with AC. So, due to this, I had to go a week without AC. The second time, there was an excuse of death in the family (which is understandable). Again I ended up spending a weekend without air conditioning as he is the only one who handles such jobs. When it happened for a third time, I almost got really angry. On Friday evening when I visited their office Alex (the manager) asked me what made me more special than all the other 8 complaints ahead of me! People with kids should be given priority when it's over 100°F outside! It felt like he hadn't even taken my complaint into consideration as Thursday evening itself I had informed them about this issue but on Saturday nothing was done yet! Even though there's no pool here and my apartment is on 3rd floor facing sunnyside; still balconies can't be opened due to hornets and water bugs coming in! Although location wise it's great but management isn't providing much sympathy towards tenants!. After looking at reviews online; now regretting my decision of moving here once again!
