There are no lights in either the bedroom or living room; the sink runs brown water, and there's no microwave or dishwasher. The oven's rubber liner melted when first used; however, it works now. During winter, although the thermostat reads 70 degrees, it usually resets to 75-77 degrees without control by me. Bugs creep under the door at the bottom step (which I remedied with a door liner). To make this apartment comfortable one needs to do repairs; thankfully, the new manager is very pleasant and accommodating for moving in quickly. To avoid being charged for damages upon departure take pictures of everything you see prior to moving in--that saved us! While they are willing to fix small things here they may try charging you so be wary of that too. All things considered then only reason I give these apartments one star is due to how nice their leasing office is: had they been impolite it wouldn't even rate a star! more ... hide ...

Maintenance was extremely unresponsive and the apartment was in appalling condition. Hornet infestations took them months to take care of, and there were loud parties throughout the weekend which resulted in people taking up parking spots. The laundry facilities never worked properly and cost $20 for a single load. On top of that, the people in the office were almost impossible to reach; they would not answer phones or return calls and didn't follow their own hours of operation as posted on their door. No matter what day or time it was, she was always willing to help us out. My spouse and I have resided at this location for two years, and we have an immense amount of appreciation for the leasing manager. She is extremely courteous, and the grounds are scrupulously maintained.
