GREENFIELD PLACE

I inquired about this place a few months ago and was told that they had some 2 bdrs available for 775 Now Im paying 710 for a 2 now why would I do that I asked the lady dont they go by income as far as being a place for low income families She stated I inquired about this place a few months ago and was told that they had some 2 bdrs available for 775 Now Im paying 710 for a 2 now why would I do that I asked the lady dont they go by income as far as being a place for low income families She stated to me that i have to show proof that I can pay rentok but thats not what I asked Im on disability and I was told this place was a good place to apply for I have 2 kids and it would be a great convenience for us After explaining to the person I talked to about my income situation I was also told that they couldnt do anything for me Remind you there are people living out there paying 200 for rent but I was basically turned away and not giving a real reason why I have no issue paying rent But trying to apply for a place that say they are low income based rentals then to be told they cant help u Is not very professional as a rental property Im sure its a great place to live but you have to go threw so much stuff just to even get on the waiting list But they said they dont have one for the two bdrs but you still cant get into one more ... hide ...

Very poor customer service

Ive been waiting well over a year on the waiting list and got a call 6 months ago to say I was 3 on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom and 12 for a 2 bedroom I understood there would be a long list to wait but I got a call that a two bedroom was availa Ive been waiting well over a year on the waiting list and got a call 6 months ago to say I was 3 on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom and 12 for a 2 bedroom I understood there would be a long list to wait but I got a call that a two bedroom was available Curious I asked where I was on the 3 bedroom list since I was so much further up Come to find out I had been moved to 18 on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom The response from the staff was I just went by the paperwork The entire staff is new here I dont know what happened but this is your spot on the list Ridiculous Not interested in an apartment that cant keep a simple waiting list straightnnUpdated Review emailed the president over at the management company and received a prompt response from management over at Greenfield Place to resume my spot at 3 on the list more ... hide ...
