If I could give this place 0 stars I would This place has changed management hands several times in the many years my mother lived here Each and every time it has gone further and further down hill After hurricane Florence my mothers apartment was co If I could give this place 0 stars I would This place has changed management hands several times in the many years my mother lived here Each and every time it has gone further and further down hill After hurricane Florence my mothers apartment was covered in mold from the carpet in two rooms the walls in both bedrooms and and laundry room not to mention mold on the airheat return She had made complaints several times and nothing was ever done about it In November the mold had become so bad my mother was admitted to the hospital for 3 MONTHS During this time her physician provided a note letting them know she could no longer reside on her own due to the health concerns caused by the ever growing mold I myself presented a copy to the manager and she said it was fine she could terminate her remaining few months on the lease Now several months later this manager decides to hold my mother accountable for the rent and no matter how many calls voicemails you leave she will never answer or call you back RENTER BEWARE more ... hide ...

Loved the apartments and location Very clean and quiet
