I love my apartment, which was in perfect condition when I moved in. I find the other residents kind and very open. There is a terrace area in back with tables, chairs and a couple of grills. Just beyond, there is a small walking track. I could never have imagined a more comfortable, secure place to come to. Maintenance wasnt super knowledgeable sometimes, but items almost always go fixed in a prompt manner. My only complaint while living here was the parking lot, but that got fixed eventually.
